Sarah M. Stuppi
- Corporate Restructuring & BankruptcySarah has been practicing law for over 20 years, and specializes in all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receiverships/foreclosures, assignments for the benefit of creditors, commercial litigation and debt documentation. Sarah has represented both individuals and businesses in chapter 7 and 11 cases, as well as trustees, secured creditors, landlords, financial institutions, potential asset purchasers and creditors’ committees in complex reorganization matters. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and her law degree from University of San Diego School of Law. She is a frequent speaker to professional groups and was honored as a "Super Lawyer" in bankruptcy law in California Super Lawyer Magazine.
Sarah is a former partner in the California firm of Bronson, Bronson and McKinnon LLP, and also served as Special Counsel in the national firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP prior to forming the Law Offices of Stuppi & Stuppi in 2006.
Craig Stuppi
- In Memoriam, March 4, 1946 - July 25, 2018A native of San Francisco, Craig specialized in representing clients involved in corporate and high profile individual restructuring and workout cases throughout the country. During his distinguished career, Craig chaired the Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Liaison Committee and also served as a mediator for the Bankruptcy Resolution Dispute Program in the Northern District of California since its inception in 1995. Craig earned his B.A. from University of California, Santa Barbara and his law degree at Stanford Law School. Craig passed away on July 25, 2018.
