Craig Stuppi

A native of San Francisco, Craig specializes in representing clients involved in corporate and high profile individual restructuring and workout cases throughout the country. Craig has represented debtors, creditors, trustees and all parties-in-interest in insolvency proceedings both in and out of bankruptcy court. During his distinguished career, Craig chaired the Bankruptcy Bench-Bar Liaison Committee and has also served as a mediator for the Bankruptcy Resolution Dispute Program in the Northern District of California since its inception in 1995. Throughout his career, Craig has been rated AV by Martindale Hubbell, the highest professional rating awarded. Craig is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara and earned his law degree at Stanford Law School. He is also a member of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court, as well as all Federal Courts in California.

Craig was a partner in the prestigious bankruptcy boutique firm of Rothschild, Phelan, King & Montali in San Francisco, a partner in the California firm of Bronson, Bronson & McKinnon LLP and Special Counsel in the national firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP.

Sarah M. Stuppi

Sarah has been practicing law for over 20 years, and specializes in all aspects of corporate restructuring, bankruptcy, receiverships/foreclosures, assignments for the benefit of creditors, commercial litigation and debt documentation. Sarah has represented business debtors in chapter 7 and 11 cases, as well as trustees, secured creditors, landlords, financial institutions, potential asset purchasers and creditors’ committees in complex reorganization matters. Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts from UCLA and her law degree from University of San Diego School of Law. She is a frequent speaker to professional groups and was honored as a "Super Lawyer" in bankruptcy law in California Super Lawyer Magazine.

Sarah is a former partner in the California firm of Bronson, Bronson and McKinnon LLP, and also served as Special Counsel in the national firm of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP prior to forming the Law Offices of Stuppi & Stuppi in 2006.
